Coffee "La Negrita"
El Cafetal Inn is very proud of our own coffee "La Negrita" grown right here at our farm.
"La Negrita" is 100% Costa Rican export coffee. The ripe red beans are carefully harvested between Oct and Feb (you are
more than welcome to join the picking).
La negrita is the result of a demanding selection of the best beans along with a roasting system the old fashion way with wood "a la leña" giving an excellent smokey acidity taste, body and aroma, what is considerated dark roast
here at the in or at our Restaurant Souvenir "Mirador
del Cafetal" (on the way to Jacó beach). This is a great souvenir available in our all Coffee Related Souvenir Shop.
Enjoy your own cup as early as 6:30 am. in one of our terraces mirador or in your room.
La Negrita, name taken after our 10 years old daughter Tatiana, means little black girl.
